I’ve always had BIG dreams and goals, but as hard as I tried, I couldn’t make some of them happen. I had plenty of stressful, critical, "not enough" thoughts!
A few years ago my life hit a cross-road.
I had gotten seriously derailed. No job, no home of my own, very little in my bank account. It was a ‘dark night of the soul’ to be sure. I'm a Life Coach. I had to figure this out.
I realized it all started with a thought.
Everything I wanted, that wasn't showing up in my life came with a thought about how I wasn't good enough or connected enough, or experienced enough. You name it. Everything that stressed me out had a thought that went with it.
I knew if I could slay the though, I would slay the stress.
I learned how to slay the thoughts that told me I wasn't good enough. Then I worked my way through all the thoughts that were critical and stressful.
Once I got rid of the stress, I re-imagined my life. I started taking action that was in alignment with this new life I imagined, and I went for it! I started my dream business, leveled-up my relationships and took my power back from all those stressful thoughts.
Now, I help others get the same amazing results.
